KARACHI: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Karachi on Saturday arraigned Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) lobbyist Abdul Qadir Hingoro in illicit weapons case.

Blamed Abdul Qadir argued not blameworthy for the situation.

The court summoned the witness on next hearing.

Abdul Qadir is blamed for having illicit weapons and touchy material. He was captured alongside others amid attack at MQM’s base camp Nine-Zero.

In the March 11 attack at Nine-Zero, the suspects included Ubaid K2, Farhan Shabbir pseudonym Mulla, Nadir Shah, Amir Saleem nom de plume Sarkata, Kazim Raza Rizvi, Imtiaz, Abdul Qadir and Nadeem Ahmed were captured.
