 Statewide ban on public cannabis consumption holding locals back

As 303 Magazine points out, “Another major factor to consider (in what is preventing cannabis consumption establishments in Colorado) is the statewide prohibition on the consumption of cannabis in ‘open and public places.’”

Lawmakers will have a chance to offer greater certainty in the upcoming legislative session.
