Edward Palmore
Edward Palmore was born in Newark, New Jersey, where he attended public schools. Upon graduation from the University of Houston with a BA degree in U.S. History, he was commissioned as an air defense artillery office. Dr. Palmore then obtained a doctorate in counseling psychology from Boston University School of Education.  For over 18 years, Dr. Palmore was incarcerated in the state of Georgia. From a steal frame rack, he wrote novels, dramas, and song lyrics. His two-volume novel, Labyrinth, which depicts prison life and reentry. Dr. Palmore present regularly from over his YouTube channel Dr. Palmore did not wait until he left prison to begin advocating for change. From behind razor wire and often in solitary confinement he pursued a case which was heard in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. The case, styled Palmore V. Tucker, has implications for first and eighth amendment rights for prisoners.  You can find more from Edward Palmore on his website.
